After leaving the apartment, Ouyang Mengmian rushed back to her cozy home without stopping. She hadn't been back to live in the past few days, and the room seemed to be covered with a layer of dust. Without saying a word, Ouyang Mengmian rolled up her sleeves and started to clean up.

She first cleaned every corner carefully, and then put the messy things in order. After all the work, Ouyang Mengmian was exhausted, but looking at the brand new room, she felt a sense of accomplishment.

Then, she took a comfortable hot bath to wash away her fatigue. After taking a shower, Ouyang Mengmian glanced at the wall clock and found that there was still more than an hour left before the time she had agreed to meet with Xu Lingfeng!

Ouyang Mengmian thought about taking a short nap to replenish her energy. Perhaps because she had slept too late last night and was too tired from cleaning the house, she fell asleep soon after she climbed into bed.

Xu Lingfeng's hearty laughter came from the other end of the phone, and his tone sounded particularly excited: "Mengmian, I'm here! I'm downstairs at your house now! Get ready and go downstairs, we'll have lunch together."
