The person looked at Ling Zhenfei and the others, smiled, and said, "Fellow cultivators, it's raining. Mind if I rest here for a bit?"

Ling Zhenfei said, "With so much rain, any place that offers shelter is a good place. Feel free, brother."

The person chuckled and said, "You have fine tastes, enjoying such a moment in such an environment. I'm impressed."

The person smiled, saying, "Why not? I'll take you up on that offer."

With that, the person approached Ling Zhenfei and the others, who made space and handed him a cup.

They poured the drink, and after clinking glasses, everyone drank.

The newcomer wasn't shy, grabbing the meat to eat.

"Not bad at all—no wonder I could smell it from the mountain's base. Tastes even better than it smells."

Ling Zhenfei said, "The mountain's conditions are limited, so this is the best we can do; I hope you don't mind."

The person replied, "I don't typically say such polite words, but your grilling is genuinely superb. I've traveled the world and tasted plenty of barbecue, and this is the best I've had."
